You may return or refound products purchased from Quiet Luxury™ under the following conditions:

Eligibility for return or refound of products:

• Requests must be made within 100 days of delivery.
  

• Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Regarding the return of products:

• Once inspected, we will confirm acceptance and proceed with the prompt exchange or refund.

Costs:

• Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.

At Quiet Luxury™, we strive for full customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Refund Conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 100 days of receiving the product (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
  

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  

• Certain products (personalized items, intimate goods, or perishable goods) may not be eligible.
